Georgia Pecan & Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Nutella
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 TS Salt
- 1/2 TS Baking Soda
- 1 TB Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Fresh Pecans
Directions:
- Space out spoon fulls of Nutella on to parchment paper & freeze for 1 hour
- Mix Butter, Sugar & Brown Sugar
- Add 1 Egg and mix
- Sift Flour, Salt, Baking Soda & Corn Starch and add to mixture
- Mix thoroughly Mix in Chocolate Chips & Fresh Pecans
- Pat out dough in your hand and fold around frozen spoonful of Nutella
- Cookie size will be determined by the size of your Nutella spoonfuls
- Put cookie dough & Nutella balls into refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Bake for 12-15 minutes in 350 degree oven. You will need to watch them as the baking time will vary depending on your cookie size
- Place cookie on wire rack and allow them to cool for a couple hours
- Enjoy your cookies!
