Our In-shell pecans come in two varieties. Schley and Pawnee just like our shelled pecans. They are considered paper shell, due to their thin, easy-to-crack shell. These pecans are packed full of flavor and can easily be cracked by hand. Once you break through that soft shell, you’ll find a grand and delicious, Georgia-grown pecan. They are low in carbs, high in fiber, and filled with heart-healthy nutrients. A single 5lb bag of in-shell pecans will typically render about 2.5 pounds of "meat" or shelled pecan halves and pieces.
