Dylan's Famous White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup room temperature caramel sauce

  1. Combine chocolate chips, milk, and butter in a medium sized metal bowl over a large pot of water, and heat on stovetop until slightly liquified.
  2. Stir to combine and heat ingredients. There will be a few pieces of unmelted chocolate in the bowl.
  3. Stir until mostly smooth with just a few flecks of unmelted chocolate.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and pecans - stir to combine.
  5. Scoop onto a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Spread with a spatula to approximately 1-inch thickness.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Lightly swirl the caramel into the fudge with a knife or the end of the spatula.
  8. Place pecan halves evenly over top - so that each cut square will have a pecan half on top.
  9. Chill until ready to serve.
  10. Slice into 1-inch squares.
  11. Store in an airtight container - in the refrigerator - and enjoy up to a week!
