Georgia Pecan & Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

Georgia Pecan & Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1 jar of Nutella
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 TS Salt
  • 1/2 TS Baking Soda
  • 1 TB Corn Starch
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Pecans


  1. Space out spoon fulls of Nutella on to parchment paper & freeze for 1 hour
  2. Mix Butter, Sugar & Brown Sugar
  3. Add 1 Egg and mix
  4. Sift Flour, Salt, Baking Soda & Corn Starch and add to mixture
  5. Mix thoroughly Mix in Chocolate Chips & Fresh Pecans
  6. Pat out dough in your hand and fold around frozen spoonful of Nutella
  7. Cookie size will be determined by the size of your Nutella spoonfuls
  8. Put cookie dough & Nutella balls into refrigerator for 30 minutes
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes in 350 degree oven. You will need to watch them as the baking time will vary depending on your cookie size
  10. Place cookie on wire rack and allow them to cool for a couple hours
  11. Enjoy your cookies!
